Merci pour cet très bon article sur cette spécialité orientale, qui a su conquérir nos assiettes, et surtout nos coeurs. Je regrette toutefois que plusieurs problématiques fondamentales du kebab n'aient pas été abordées.
- d'ou vient la couleur de la sauce blanche ? (merci de ne pas inclure le mot "sperme" dans votre réponse)
- risque-t-on une fatwa si l'on met de la mayonnaise dans son kebab ?
- la harissa est-elle une hérésie ou une fantaisie pour les puristes ?
- peut-on manger plus de dix kebabs par semaine sans risquer un lavage d'estomac ?
- ne sommes-nous pas au bord d'une guerre civile tripartite entre les partisans du kebab, les fervents défenseurs du panini et les inconditionnels du sandwich ?
